Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Free on all orders.

Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Additional charges apply, calculated at checkout.

Next-Day Shipping: Available for an extra fee, calculated at checkout.

Shipping Locations: We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status.

What is the return policy for Natura Colostrum?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

Condition: Products must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Process:

You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
